Semi-Automatic Doors
Being available in 2 and 3 door opening operation styles and in different sizes of 70, 80, and 90 cm, Behran’s semi-automatic doors, with an inside high-traffic intelligent control system (VVVF), are modern in design, high in quality, excellent in mechanical strength, and rich in usable car interior space (Behran, by applying an in-depth reduction technique, adds up 10 cm to the usable elevator car interior space).
Swing Doors
Behran swing doors are produced from the first-class steel sheets of ST12 and ST14 in thicknesses of 1.5 and 2 mm (These doors can be supplied in two colors in dimensions including 700*200, 800*200, and 900*200 mm).
Supported by the Iranian standard, the paint coating of these doors contains EN-81 standard-based electrostatic furnace powder.
In its production process, Behran uses modern CNC punching and bending as well as welding machineries along with the MIG connection, and laser technology.
Fully Automatic Doors
The telescopic and central modes are two types of products in Behran’s automatic door productions lines. Behran’s fully automatic doors, with an inside high-traffic intelligent control system (VVVF), are modern in design, high in quality, excellent in mechanical strength, and rich in usable car interior space (Behran, by applying an in-depth reduction technique, adds up 10 cm to the usable elevator car interior space).
Behran is the only manufacturer of Heavy-Duty doors in Iran.
Behran fully automatic doors enjoy a modern design, high quality, excellent mechanical strength and reasonable longevity of parts and components.
As they are equipped with the VVVF intelligent control system, these doors are suitable for the use in high traffic elevators.
To reduce mechanical friction, noise, kinetic erosion, heat of the propulsion system and on the other hand increase the power and speed as well as the performance accuracy, brushless motor drives are used as very proper solution to the case.
Same as its semi-automatic doors, Behran by using new technologies has been able to increase the useful space inside the elevator car by a 10 cm reduction in depth in its fully automatic doors which is a big advantage for low space elevators.
Fully automatic doors produced by Behran are available in two types of telescopic and central and in widths of 70-80-90-100-110-120-130 cm and heights of 200-210-22-230-240 cm.
Door Production Line
To guarantee the strength of its quality door products, Behran Asanbar makes proper use of machineries including punching, Japanese Amada press system, Swiss Bystronic, spot welding, and automatic welding.
The technology used in the color line of the doors is fully automatic. This technology, in addition to creating a long-life spirit for the product, causes a uniform distribution of paint (electrostatic paint powder) in all parts of the product. Behran Asanbar fully automatic doors are the result of a combination of art and technology.
