The after-sales service unit has repair representatives in the cities of Mashhad, Shiraz, Rasht, Tabriz, and Tehran who are dispatched in coordination with the main office of the after-sales service unit in Tehran to investigate and fix the problem. When a customer calls and reports a malfunction, in the first stage, a description of the problem is asked over the phone. If it is possible to fix the problem over the phone, the problem is fixed with the guidance of our technical experts and the cooperation of the caller. If the presence of our technicians is required for the relevant project, a link to the after-sales service site is sent to the customer via SMS. After completing the form on the site, personnel are dispatched to fix the problem according to the priority of the completed forms.
