To be able to test all of its products, Behran, for the first time in the Middle East, built a test tower with more than 50 meters height.
This test tower has two elevators.
One of these elevators is solely for testing the gearless motor drives. This elevator has a capacity of 13 persons and can be tested up to a speed of 3 m/s.
The second elevator here in this test tower has a capacity of 10 persons with a maximum speed of 2 m/s. This elevator is designed to test different types of gearbox motor drives.
For these elevators, the test condition can be set out in 1: 1 and 2: 1 elevator operational systems.
In the gearless motor section, the products are tested all based on the elevator car capacity, balance conditions, and output power tests and this comes as the performance status of the safety gear as well as the overspeed governor will also tested and measured.
